Refund & Return Policy

Returns: You have 30 days from receiving your trampoline to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

Large Items: Please note that because trampolines are heavy/bulky items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the box is visibly damaged, contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
